My Story
With many years of experience working in resorts, hotels, and hospitality software businesses, coupled with my MBA and minor in Project Management from RMIT, I have developed a unique perspective when it comes to assisting hospitality and tourism businesses with their technology requirements.
Based in the tourist mecca of Cairns in Tropical Far North Queensland, I appreciate the difficulties posed by remote location operations including poor or non existant internet and the issues of technology support. Working with Managed Services Providers and communications experts, I am currently assisting accommodation providers in Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
